Flexibility:  Eligibility
        Criteria 
        
         
        All regular Our Company employees in good standing may apply for an FWA,
        providing that they: 
         
        •
         typically have three
        to six months service 
        • are not on any type of written or verbal
        disciplinary action 
        • understand that some
        positions may not support some or all FWAs, and that the right to apply
        does  
           not guarantee approval |

        Some FWAs are available under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
        and Americans with Disabilities Act (
        
        ADA
        
        ). Employees who may be eligible for flexible schedules under the
        provisions of those acts should contact their
        HR representative. 
        Our FWAs and this process are to be used for continuing,
        employee-initiated flexible schedules.   |
