Telecommuting and Remote Work have many unique features. Among these are
their reliance on various shared understandings (or “rules”) and
their dependence on common technology (“tools.”)
The rules for each are summarized in two formats: a list of general
standards which guide participant and manager behavior; and a written
agreement which all participants are expected to sign. In addition, the
