Flexibility:  FlexFitness

It is not easy to predict success with flexibility overall or on particular arrangements. But there is a huge body of experience and many collections of data that imply a likelihood of success or frustration with flexible arrangements. 

Managers and employees can assess on separate instruments their general “fit” with overall flexibility. There are also tailored fitness instruments on the individual arrangements.
