At Our Company, we are pleased to offer Flexible Work Arrangements that
build employee satisfaction and enable all of us to work more
productively. Our people have a broad set of reasons for wanting to work
offsite, part-time or with different start and stop times. As you will
see in these guidelines, we are not asking employees to offer or
managers to judge those reasons. We expect our managers to make
decisions based on the likely impact of a proposal on the business.
