Our Company is often referred to as a “marketing powerhouse.” Our success depends on it. For that claim to continue to be true requires that we recruit and retain the best and the brightest talent, and that they be as productive as possible. We are excited about the new flexibility initiative because it delivers directly on both points. 

A reputation for flexibility and a focus on results matters in our labor markets. Our creative staff wants to be told what to deliver, not how to deliver it. And they – and we – are open to options like remote work which lets us identify and recruit people who live at a distance.
